Brayden Kennedy - Associate

Brayden joined Warrington Property in 2015 as an Analyst. Brayden has previously held roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Assurance team and Bankwest in the Group and Regulatory Reporting team.

Brayden holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Curtin University of Technology, and will complete his CA qualification in 2015. In his current role he is involved in various tasks including performing feasibility assessments and scenario analysis on existing and prospective investments, gathering quantitative and qualitative research around asset management initiatives, assessing and negotiating capital structures, and tenant liaison and negotiation.

Dan Shuck - Senior Property Manager (NSW & VIC)

Dan joined Warrington Property in 2015 as Senior Property Manager - Victoria and New South Wales. Dan is a commercial and industrial property manager with over 5 years' experience in the oil industry.

Working for BP Australia since 2010, Dan recently held a national portfolio of over 200 properties consisting of service stations, depots, terminals, and a refinery. While at BP, Dan was exposed to project management in overseeing the fit-out works of major food retailers, and was directly involved in national procurement tendering and negotiations of major supplier contracts. Dan led an outsourcing initiative for BP in 2013 for an externally managed database and property payments processing service run through a well-known global leader.

Prior to BP Dan worked for SAI Global in various roles within their property business, after immigrating to Australia from the United Kingdom in 2006.

Aliza Magalong - Property Manager

Aliza joined Warrington Property in 2012 as an Assistant Property Manager. Her diligent and hardworking approach has made her a valued and respected member of the team.

Aliza previously held administration positions in both residential and commercial property management in New Zealand. Prior to joining Warrington, Aliza assisted in the Asset Management department of listed property group Stockland Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and completed all requirements to become a registered property manager in Western Australia. In her current role she is actively involved in all aspects of Commercial Property Management.

Drew Scott - Head of Facilities Management

Drew joined Warrington Property in 2015 as Head of Facilities Management. Drew is an experienced building services manager with 20 years’ experience in hotel, retail and commercial facility management.

Working with a major agency since 2007, Drew was responsible for the management of multi-level commercial office buildings in the Perth CBD and Northbridge precinct. In these roles, Drew was involved with the commissioning of a new CBD office tower, management of multiple office and retail fitouts along with building services upgrades.

Drew has also worked in the hospitality industry for hotel groups Radisson and Accor in their engineering divisions. Drew has managed the engineering services of multiple hotels from the challenging remote north west of Western Australia to the Perth CBD.

Anthony Un – Commercial Property Manager

Anthony joined Warrington in 2016. He has held roles at Colliers International and Lease Equity (boutique retail focused leasing and investment agent in Perth) in both office and retail property management teams.

Anthony has also held positions as a property accountant and has the depth of financial reporting skills. Anthony’s clients have included 360 Capital Group, AMP Capital Investment, Investa Property group and Department of Finance.

Anthony holds a Masters in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Majoring in Accounting from University of the Cumberlands (Kentucky, USA).

Illiona Quek - Financial Controller

Illiona is responsible for overseeing Warrington’s financial controls and reporting for funds and asset management activities. Illiona joined Warrington in 2014, working in the investment team.

Prior to joining Warrington, Illiona worked at Peet Ltd, (a listed Australian land developer), Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has worked in Sydney, Singapore and Perth. lliona holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Callum Barry - Project Manager

Callum joined Warrington in 2015 as a Project Manager. Having had experience over the past 13 years as a Quantity Surveyor, Callum has previously held roles with Carl Dean Associates, EC Harris LLP and Aquenta Consulting respectively.

Callum holds a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton. In his current role Callum is in control of development budgeting, costs and payments across several major property repositioning projects from feasibility through acquisition, design, procurement, construction, completion and post completion phases.

Domenic Nardelli - Project Manager

Domenic became part of the Warrington Property team in 2016 as a Project Manager with over 10 years experience in construction and development. Domenic’s experience has spanned across project management of complex infrastructure developments, structural and civil engineering design, commercial contracting and due diligence of property acquisitions.

Domenic was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Project Manager and Site Superintendent in delivering Perth’s $2.6 billion Elizabeth Quay precinct, a major city centre project centred around land development, marine and civil infrastructure as well as the creation of a bespoke public realm and built form environment. Prior to this, Domenic held Project Management roles on the redevelopment of the Karratha City Centre during early planning and design as well as on Asciano’s Perth freight terminal re-construction.

Domenic’s other roles were as Project Engineer on various civil infrastructure projects with Downer EDI, who are a multi-discipline international contractor and also as a structural engineer and designer at various engineering consultancies. In the past, Domenic has been actively involved in supporting an international hotel developer undertake due diligence on various properties. He also worked with a leading Australian private equity firm to maximise the value of one of their major industrial assets which was sold for a significant profit.

Domenic holds a Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering (Hons) and an Advanced Diploma of Structural Engineering.

Ankur Garg - Property Accountant & Lease Administrator

Ankur joined the Warrington Property team in 2015 as a Property Accountant and Lease administrator. He brings his extensive knowledge of accounting processes from various industries to the team.

Ankur worked as an Accounts Payable Team Leader at CBH Group, an Accounts Payable Officer at Chevron and Finance Officer at Karrakatta Cemeteries. He holds a Masters in Accounting from Central Queensland University. In his current role he is involved in Accruals and prepayments, preparing and submitting BAS , ensuring invoices are correct and matched to PO, ensuring timely payments to vendors and assisting PM’s with property budgets.
